Wayne Downs

Wayne Downs left his career as a truck driver to fulfill his dream of being a Special Education Teacher. He graduated from Kutztown University of 2009 with a dual degree in Special Education (Prek-8) and Middle Level Education. In 2014, he was hired by the Spring-Ford School District to develop a Full-Time Emotional Support program for grades 4-8. In 2017, Wayne graduated from Arcadia University with a Master's of Special Education and a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. He is a PA Licensed Behavior Specialist and will be sitting for his Board Certified Behavior Specialist license.
